Returns
LIKE MANY FINER INDEPENDENT STORES AROUND THE U.S., we do not allow returns for refund in our storefront business. To our local customers, we offer two-day approval sales of clothing with credit card authorization, and otherwise allow return for store credit or exchange on regularly priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase.
In adapting our enterprise to the Internet, we have modified our policy for the online shopper to the extent possible, given the independent nature of our business. After all, if you are browsing the web, you cannot touch, feel and size up merchandise the way our walk-in customers do. With accommodation of legitimate mail-order returns in mind, we have created a policy for web sales according to the following parameters:
Please notify us either by email, phone, or voice mail of your intent to return an item within seven (7) business days of delivery of the item, stating the reason for the return. You will then receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be referenced on your return packaging. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
Ship the return item by an insured, traceable method to Looby Loo Returns, 8817 Bryant Farms Road, Charlotte NC 28277. We cannot credit you for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
- Unless returned due to manufacturing defects, return items should include the undamaged, original packaging. Clothing should be unworn, bearing original tags, and shoes should be scuff-free with soles unworn and clean.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded except in the case of defective or mis-shipped items. Credit card refunds can only be made to the card number used for the original purchase.
- Upon inspection, defective returns will be credited for return shipping and replaced free of additional shipping charges. Full refund is also available for defective returns.
- Returns for store credit will include a freight credit for use with a future order. Store credits are good for one year from the date of issuance.
- Exchange items will be shipped to the customer for half of the regular freight charge on the items. When intending to exchange clothing or shoes, please verify stock availability of the desired size with us in advance--we are always happy to hold items for size exchange if available.
All returns must be completed within thirty (30) days of original online purchase.
