We normally ship via DHL Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post within the US and Canada, with an additional $5 handling charge applicable to the following destinations:  Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and all APO addresses.    International rates may apply to Puerto Rico and some other US possessions.   Contact us for details.

Our regular shipping rates are based on the dollar total of merchandise to a single shipping address, as reflected in the shipping chart below.   When choosing Standard Delivery, expect service in North America within 2-3 weeks of ordering; MOST orders will arrive much sooner.   International, 2-3 Day (Express) and Overnight delivery are available for the additional charges indicated below.    When considering these options, do not hesitate to call or email us for estimated delivery times on standard ground shipment to your destination.

Important Note on 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping:   These options are guaranteed for arrival in business days from the order date--not including Saturdays and Sundays--with orders placed after 14:00 (2pm) Eastern Time treated as placed on the following day.     For example, an order placed for Overnight delivery on Friday at 3pm would be guaranteed to arrive on the following Tuesday.

**North Carolina Residents receive complimentary freight discounts of either 7.5% of merchandise value OR the freight total, whichever is LESS.   Purchases by NC residents are subject to 7.5% sales tax, which is not discountable.

***Free shipping is available only on orders over $200 which are shipped via UPS Ground service to a single delivery address within the contiguous United States.   International, Express and Overnight shipments to one delivery address which exceed $200 merchandise value will be billed for these special shipping charges.  

++ '2-3 Day Express' service is not guaranteed for 2-Day delivery from Charlotte, NC to all locations in the U.S.   This service is not offered for locations outside the contiguous U.S.
